OAKES - Robert E. April 1, 2020. Beloved husband of Virginia Ginny (nee Maio); cherished father of James (Janice) Oakes; dear brother of the late Daryle (late Isabella) Oakes and Don (June) Wallace. No prior visitation. Interment at Lakeside Cemetery. A Celebration of Roberts Life will be held at a later date. Donations in Roberts memory may be made to Echoes Through Time Learning Center, 39 E.
