(Sarah Gioele) Phillips and Laura (Matthew Gatti) Phillips; loving son of the late Rita and Robert P. Phillips; dear brother of Kenneth P. (Tim Heine) Phillips, Douglas (Marty Etzel) Phillips and David J. (Jeanne) Phillips; also survived by loving nieces and nephews. A celebration of Bob's life will be held at a date to be announced.
