Of South Buffalo, entered into rest May 16, 2016, devoted father of Elizabeth Brown, Robin Dunn, Robert Russell and Richard Russell; cherished grandfather of ten grandchildren and two great-grandchildren; loving son of the late James and Margaret Russell; dear brother of Peter Russell, Joyce (Frank) Carballo, Margaret (George) Check and the late James Russell; also survived by nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends may visit the LOMBARDO FUNERAL HOME (Southtowns Chapel), 3060 Abbott Rd. near Lake Ave., on Thursday from 4-7 PM. Funeral service will immediately follow. Interment, Hillcrest Cemetery. Mr. Russell served in the US Marine Corps.
