TANYI - Robert F., Sr. Of Buffalo, entered into rest October 2, 2019. Beloved husband of the late Linda (nee Sibley) Tanyi; devoted father of Kimberly (Greg Veihdeffer), Christopher Sr., Scott Sr. (Amy Kinkade), Chad Sr. (Anne Marie), and the late Robert F. Tanyi Jr.; cherished grandfather of Heather, Alyssa, Scott Jr., Joshua, Christopher Jr., Chad Jr., and the late Robert Eric; adored great-grandfather of three great-grandchildren and one on the way; loving son of the late Gabriel and Helen Tanyi; dear brother of Butch, Gabriel and Tommy Tanyi, Betty Sireika, and the late Shirley Friend; also survived by many nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends may visit the LOMBARDO FUNERAL HOME (Southtowns Chapel), 3060 Abbott Rd., near Lake Ave., on Friday from 2-4 and 6-8 PM, where a Funeral Service will be held Saturday morning at 10 o'clock. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery.
