DEAN, ROBIN BRUCE
July 17, 1958-October 23, 2025
DEAN, Robin Bruce, 67, formerly of Salisbury, MD, entered into rest on October 23, 2025. Devoted father of Walter Clark Collins; loving son of the late Gilbert O’Neal Dean and Betty Jane King (Faber); dear brother of late Gilbert "Kenny" (Kathleen) Dean of Deland, FL, Pamela (Jack) Byrd of Crisfield, MD, Dawn Klekotka, and the late Toni Klekotka Puckett. Robin was close friends with the Reverend Timothy and Lisa Haberly. Also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, family, and friends. Private Interment WNY National Cemetery. Arrangements by LOMBARDO FUNERAL HOME (Southtowns Chapel).
Born in Salisbury, Maryland, on July 17, 1958, Robin Bruce Dean lived a life marked by faith, service, and compassion. He loved life deeply and dedicated himself wholeheartedly to serving his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Those who knew Robin will remember him as a kind-hearted man who gave of himself freely, always reaching out to help others in need.
A devoted member of Amazing Grace Bible Church, Robin played a leading role in 2018 in repairing and restoring the church building—a project that reflected both his love for the Lord and his willingness to serve. Even as he courageously battled pancreatic cancer over the past five years, he continued to live life with joy, gratitude, and an unshakable spirit.
Robin was a true jack of all trades, with a special passion for working on cars—particularly Mopar classics. Earlier in life, he honorably served his country in the United States Navy near the end of the Vietnam War.
When asked how he wished to be remembered, Robin simply said,
“I had a hard life. But as I look back, I know Jesus was with me every step of the way. He truly is a wonderful God.”
Robin’s life was a testament to faith, perseverance, and the grace of God that carried him through every season.
