Robin K. Penberthy

PENBERTHY - Robin (nee Kramer) Age 55, of East Amherst and Tonawanda, entered into rest September 25, 2019. Devoted mother of Nicholas and Tyler; beloved wife of Daniel for 30 years; loving daughter of Helmut and Renate Kramer; caring sister to Rebecca (Terrence) Baker. Will be greatly missed by the Penberthy, Kramer and the Baker families. Robins passion for youth sports and childrens education was evident in years of volunteer service to Lou Gehrig Baseball and more currently The Teachers Desk, where she led the volunteer effort to fill 10,000 Pancho Packs of school supplies for underprivileged children. Robin will always be remembered by her Little Free Libraries along the Niagara River in Tonawanda. Flowers gratefully declined, donations in Robins memory can be made to the non-profit organization she cared for dearly: The Teachers Desk, 22 Northampton St., Buffalo, NY 14209 (www.theteachersdesk.org/donate/). Visitation will be held on Thursday (October 3rd) from 4-8 PM at the LOMBARDO FUNERAL HOME (Snyder Chapel), 4614 Main St., Snyder, NY, near Harlem Rd. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Peter and Paul Church, 5480 Main St., Williamsville, Friday morning at 9:30 AM (please assemble at church).
