SCHMITT - Roger D. Of Hamburg, entered into rest January 30, 2022. Beloved husband of Leanne E. (nee Kelly) Schmitt; devoted father of Michelle (Richard Jr.) Burns and Tara (Patrick) Norton; cherished grandfather of Drew, Paige and Quinn; loving son of the late Roger and Edna Schmitt; dear brother of Mary Ellen (late Albert) Goddard, Ronald Schmitt, Nancy (Joseph) Mastrodonato, Judy (Robert) Yates and James Schmitt. Fond brother-in-law of Deborah Kelly and Thomas (Laurie) Kelly; also survived by relatives and friends. Relatives and friends may visit the LOMBARDO FUNERAL HOME (Southtowns Chapel), 3060 Abbott Rd., near Lake Ave., on Friday from 4-7 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in Our Mother of Good Counsel Church, 3688 South Park Ave., Blasdell, on Saturday morning at 9:30 oclock. (Please assemble at Church).
