LILLIS - Romaine T. (nee Torba) Of Lackawanna, entered into rest on November 19, 2019. Beloved wife of the late John Jack Lillis; devoted mother of John Kip (Joanne) Lillis, Kim Mary (Gerard) Herman and Linda Rae Lillis; cherished grandmother of Colleen and Brian (Bliss) Lillis and Audrey, Emily and Rileigh Herman; adored great-grandmother Gigi of Romaine Sophia; loving daughter of the late Edward and Rose (nee Szwed) Torba; dear sister of Sharon (Daniel) Doerr, late Edward (late Della) Torba, and the late Dennis Torba; daughter-inlaw of the late John V. and Catherine Lillis; sister-in-law of Eugene Lillis, Noreen (Larry) Butera, Robert (June Pruski) Lillis, late Harold (late Agnes) Lillis and Elaine Lillis; dear friend of Dolores Mendolia and the late Dorothy Mrgich; also survived by nieces, nephews, godchildren and friends. Relatives and friends may visit the LOMBARDO FUNERAL HOME (Southtowns Chapel), 3060 Abbott Rd., near Lake Ave., on Saturday and Sunday from 4-8 PM where prayers will be held on Monday morning at 9:30 oclock, followed by A Mass of Christian Burial celebrated at Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Church at 10 oclock. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery. Romaine was a founding member of the Lackawanna Historical Association, lifetime member of Cursillo Movement of Buffalo and a devout prayer warrior for Jesus.
