Of Tonawanda, NY, entered into rest on August 29, 2026. Beloved husband of 64 years to Cecelia (nee Ricci) Bannan; devoted father of Lisa (James) Abramo, and Michelle (Arthur) Lazazzero; cherished Papa of John Abramo, Sydney Lazazzero, and Mark Abramo; dear son of the late Edward and Loretta Bannan; adored son-in-law of the late Angelo and Mary Ricci; also survived by many loving family, and friends. His grandchildren were one of the largest priorities of his life and never missed any of their extra-curricular activities. Ron enjoyed playing cards, bowling, watching sports and game shows. He was an avid and active member of The Town of Tonawanda Senior Center, where many friendships were made. Relatives and friends may visit the LOMBARDO FUNERAL HOME (Northtowns Chapel) 885 Niagara Falls Blvd., near Eggert Rd., on Friday September 4, from 3-8 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in St. Amelia RC Church, 2999 Eggert Rd., Tonawanda, NY 14150 on Saturday September 5, at 9:30 AM. Please assemble at church. Entombment Mt.
