SPENCER - Rosalie (nee Bellia) Of Buffalo, entered into rest September 7, 2015, beloved wife of Charles G. Spencer; devoted mother of Sarah (Marlin) Gress, Rosalyn (Larry) Schiavone and Karen Alessi; adored stepmother of Scott (Shannon) Spencer, Kelly (Jamie) Olin, Jay (Susan) Spencer and Gary Spencer; cherished grandmother of 16 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren; loving daughter of the late Angelo and Rose Bellia; dear sister of Sam Bellia and the late Vincent (Barbara) Marrale; also survived by relatives and friends. Relatives and friends may visit the LOMBARDO FUNERAL HOME (Northtowns Chapel) 885 Niagara Falls Blvd. near Eggert/Sheridan Dr. on Wednesday from 4-8 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Margaret's Church, 1395 Hertel Ave. on Thursday morning at 9:00 AM. (Please assemble at church). Entombment Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
