POLYACHYK - Rosanne (nee Fatta) Of Tonawanda, entered into rest August 3, 2021. Beloved wife of Timothy John Polyachyk; devoted mother of Peyton, Justin and Collin Polyachyk; loving daughter of Loretta (nee Fliss) Fatta and the late Angelo Thomas Fatta; dear sister of John, Mark and Chris Fatta; loving sister-in-law, aunt and cousin to many. Relatives and friends may visit the LOMBARDO FUNERAL HOME (Northtowns Chapel), 885 Niagara Falls Blvd., near Eggert/Sheridan Dr., on Saturday and Sunday (August 7 & 8) from 3-7 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Christopher Parish, 2660 Niagara Falls Blvd., Tonawanda, on Monday morning at 9:30 AM (please assemble at church). Entombment Mt. Olivet Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Rosanne's name to the 11 Day Power Play.
