Rose L. Frentzel

FRENTZEL - Rose L. (nee Travis ) Of Buffalo, passed away peacefully with her family surrounded by her side on May 25, 2022 at the age of 95. Beloved wife of the late Ernest J. Frentzel; dear daughter of the late Harold and Dorothy Travis; dear sister of the late June and the late Harold Skip Travis (Sally); loving mother of Michael (Janis), Mark (Patricia) and Rosemarie (Thomas) Mescall; adored grandmother of Michael, Lee, John, Justin, Alison and Lauren; cherished great grandmother of Camille, Declan, Danica, Quinn, Harper and James. Survived by many nieces and nephews. Rose was a life- long resident of South Buffalo, living independently in her home until her passing. She was a teacher aide for the Buffalo School System for over 30 years. Relatives and friends may visit the LOMBARDO FUNERAL HOME (Southtowns Chapel) 3060 Abbott Rd. near Lake Ave. on Friday from 2-7 PM. A Funeral Service will immediately follow. Private interment Hillcrest Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center.
