Berent, Rosemarie (nee Wasner)

Of West Seneca, passed peacefully May 6, 2025 after a short illness. Beloved wife of the late Adam A. Berent; cherished mother of Deborah (Frederick) Morgan, Susan (Warren) Bouchane, James (Nancy) Berent, Joanne Berent, Jennifer (John) Neidl and Robert Berent; devoted grandmother of Daniel (Carly), Christopher, Patrick, Jacquie (Alex), Kevin, James, Katelyn, Josh and Jacob; loving daughter of the late Walter and Stella Wasner; dear sister of the late Alice (late William) Dinderski and the late Richard (MaryEllen) Wasner; also survived by nieces, nephews, and many friends. Rosemarie loved being a mother and a teacher. She enjoyed reading, volunteering at the BPO, cheering on Josh Allen and the Buffalo Bills, and most of all spending time with family and friends. Relatives and friends may visit the LOMBARDO FUNERAL HOME (Southtowns Chapel) 3060 Abbott Rd., near Lake Ave. on Friday (May 9) from 3-8PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Church, 3148 Abbott Rd., Orchard Park on Saturday morning at 11:30AM. Please assemble at Church. Interment St. Matthew’s Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Rosemarie’s name to Hospice Foundation.
