HOLMBERG - Rosemary P. "Penny" (nee Peffer) Of Kenmore, NY. Entered into rest suddenly October 5, 2018. Beloved wife of Charles; devoted mother of Kathryn, James (Amanda), Eric (Lisa), and the late Mary Rose Holmberg; cherished grandmother of Carissa and Harper; loving daughter of the late Leo and Ann (nee Bissett) Peffer; dear sister of the late Gary Peffer; special cousin to the late Sandy Sullivan; "Grandma Penny" to many members of the family. Relatives and friends are invited for a family visitation at St. Joseph University Church, 3269 Main St., Buffalo, on Saturday morning from 9-10 AM, where a Mass of Christian Burial will immediately follow. Mrs. Holmberg was a former Executive Director of the Hemophilia Center of WNY, where she served for 40 years.
