MacDONALD - Roy D. Of Orchard Park, entered into rest August 21, 2016, beloved husband of the late Patricia (nee Scanlon) MacDonald; devoted father of Patricia (Greg) Snook, Kristin MacDonald, Kevin (Yvonne) MacDonald, William (Mary) Nicholson, Dennis (Gail) Nicholson and the late Michael (Marilyn) Nicholson; cherished grandfather of 13 grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren; loving son of the late Allen and Edith MacDonald; dear brother of Marie (late Jan) Jakiel, Mary Ellen Ericson, Colleen (Gary) Goldberg and the late Carol (late Paul) Dyke, late Regis (Daniel) Skorwpski; also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Relatives and friends may visit the LOMBARDO FUNERAL HOME, (Southtowns Chapel), 3060 Abbott Rd. near Lake Ave., on Thursday from 4-8 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial at St. Bernadette's Church, 5930 Abbott Rd., Orchard Park on Friday morning at 9:30 o'clock. (Please assemble at church). Entombment Holy Cross Cemetery. Mr MacDonald served in the US Army during the Korean War and was a member of the Boilermakers Union Local 7.
