LaSCALA, Samuel J. of Chaffee, entered into rest on December 2, 2021. Beloved husband of Cecelia (nee Gucwa) LaScala; devoted father of Colleen A. LaScala-Michalczak, Susan M. (Michael) LaScala-DeHond, Patricia L. (late Kevin) Jones, Katherine M. LaScala, Nancy E. LaScala, Linda B. LaScala and David A. (Vicki) LaScala; cherished grandfather of 8 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren; loving son of the late Otto, Sr. and Ruth LaScala; dear brother of Ida Petrie and the late Otto, Jr. (Kathleen) LaScala; also survived by nieces and nephews. No prior visitation. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday morning at 10:30 oclock in St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church, 46 North Main Street, Holland. Please assemble at church. Interment St. Peter and Paul Cemetery, Arcade. Arrangements by LOMBARDO FUNERAL HOME (Southtowns Chapel). Mr. LaScala was a former volunteer fireman for the Chaffee-Sardinia Fire Department.
