98, of Tonawanda, entered into rest on August 21, 2024. Devoted husband of 70 years to the late Mary E. (nee Neal) Raimondo; beloved father of Carolyn (Anthony) Panetski, Frank Raimondo, Donna Raimondo, Daniel (Patricia) Raimondo and the late Samuel (Elizabeth) Raimondo and Theresa Baker; cherished grandfather of 13 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild; loving son of the late Charles and Nicholina (nee Ciresi) Raimondo; dear brother of the late Joseph Raimondo, Jean Van Horn, Frank Raimondo and Grace Stonish; also survived by many nieces, nephews and extended family. Relatives and friends may visit Lombardo Funeral Home (Northtowns Chapel), 885 Niagara Falls Blvd. (near Eggert/ Sheridan Dr.) on Monday, August 26 from 4-8pm and where prayers will be said on Tuesday, August 27 at 8:30am. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday at St. Amelia Church, 2999 Eggert Rd., Tonawanda at 9:30am. Interment with military honors at Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
