SAMMARCO - Samuel D. Of Tonawanda, entered into rest June 3, 2016, beloved husband of Eleanor L. (nee Proietto) Sammarco; devoted father of Damian (Molly) Sammarco and the late Ava M. Sammarco; loving son of the late Joseph and Giovannia Sammarco; dear brother of Marion (late Lawrence) Amodeo, late Concetta M. Sammarco, Anthony (late Julia) Sammarco, Frank (late Lucille) Sammarco, John (late Clara) Sammarco, Joan (late Dominic) Amodeo, Russell (late Agatha) Sammarco, Peter (late Catherine) Sammarco and the late Joseph (late Ruby) Sammarco; also survived by many nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends may visit the LOMBARDO FUNERAL HOME (Northtowns Chapel), 885 Niagara Falls Blvd. near Eggert/Sheridan Dr. on Tuesday from 4-8 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. John the Baptist Church, 1085 Englewood Ave., Kenmore on Wednesday morning at 9:30 o'clock. (Please assemble at church). Entombment Mt. Olivet Cemetery. Mr. Sammarco was a WWII Navy veteran.
