Stephen M. Roberts

Stephen M. Roberts, of Grand Island, entered into rest on September 21, 2020 at age 71. Beloved husband of Cynthia "Cindy" (nee Day) Roberts; devoted father of Kristin (Donny Mansour) Roberts, Samantha (Derek) Doll, Eric Dolce and Trevor (Jasmine Rickard) Dolce; cherished grandfather of Laila, Liam, Rory, JD, Elli and Trevor Jr.; loving son of the late George and Virginia (nee Dunlap) Roberts; dear brother of Jeff (Lisa) Roberts, Jon (Sherry) Roberts and Beth (John) Rowe; also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and friends. Steve was a retired Director of Libraries and Vice President at the University of Buffalo. A celebration of Steve's life will be held on Saturday (September 26, 2020) at 620 Adam St., Tonawanda, NY 14150. The family will receive guests from 3-5pm. A private dinner for the family will follow. Flowers gratefully declined.
