Rossi; devoted mother of Mark (Rebecca) Rossi and Melissa (late Ken) LaCourse; cherished grandmother of Andrew Rossi, Matthew, Joshua, and Libby LaCourse; loving daughter of the late Frank and Esther Phelps; dear sister of Sally (late Joe) Linsalata, George (Sue) Phelps, and the late Helen (late Dallas) Daugherty; also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, family and friends.
