Susan Cabri Plowy October 8,1960 - November 1, 2024 Our beloved Susan, known to her five adoring grandchildren as "Mia", loved life and spending time with loved ones and dear friends. One of her many joys was making food and desserts, wedding cakes were her specialty, and then sharing it with others. Making memories with her grandchildren Luka, Mason, Gia, Hunter and Logan, and cooking some of her favorite recipes with them was always exciting. Susan was a dedicated teacher for over 20 years to students in a special education class at John F Kennedy middle school. She always went above and beyond for any student in need. She also loved running the yearbook and cake decorating club! Susan was very artistic and creative, she loved to bake, decorate houses for the holidays, and she enjoyed the arts. She also enjoyed traveling and was always up for an adventure! If it was going to the beach, camping or amusement parks, she was in! One of her favorite quotes was "treat people the way you would like to be treated". In remembrance of Susans life and love, the family asks that any charitable donations be made to Sloan Comfort Care Home. www.comfortcarewny.org
