(nee Chojnacki) Of West Seneca, entered into rest on October 9, 2021 at the age of 86. Beloved wife of the late Frank Adamczyk; devoted mother of Lynne (Thomas Kolveck), Leonard (Christine), Leslie (Tim Griffin) Adamczyk, late Laura (Joseph) Merritt and the late Laurence (late Keith Crippen) Adamczyk; cherished grandmother of Donald, Jessica, Brit and Nick Merritt, Rachel Kolveck, Jeff (Katie), Tyler and Brittany Adamczyk, Kristen (Scott) Ruszala, Erik and Kyle Sims, the late Jason Merritt and late Daniel Adamzyk; adored great-grandmother to Serenity, Aubrey, Everett and late Carter; loving daughter of the late Joseph A. and Agatha (nee Brigman) Chojnacki Sr., dear sister of Alice (late Reno) Ellero, Robert (late Patricia), Joseph A. (late Mary Trudy) Chojnacki, late Matthew (late Barbara) and late Benedict Chojnacki; fond sister-in-law of Arthur (late Alice) and Daniel (Libby) Adamczyk; also survived by family and friends. No prior visitation. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in St. Martin of Tours Church, 1140 Abbott Rd., Buffalo, on Thursday, at 9:30 oclock. Terry worked for orthodontists Drs.
