KWIATEK, Theresa R. (nee Kowalczyk) of Buffalo, entered into rest September 22, 2026. Beloved wife of the late John Kwiatek; devoted mother of John and Paul Kwiatek and her late darling daughter Anne Marie Kwiatek; fond mother-in-law of Robin (Arthur Card) Kwiatek; cherished grandmother of Alexander (Kelly) and Gregory (Allecia) Kwiatek; adored great-grandmother of Mavis and Jordyn; loving daughter of the late Kazimierz “Casimir” and Anna Kowalczyk; dear sister and predeceased by Angeline (late Edward) Lorek, Stanley (late Dorothy), Casey (late Mary Ann), Leonard (late Virginia), and Benny Kowalczyk; also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, family, and friends. 

Relatives and friends may visit the LOMBARDO FUNERAL HOME (Southtowns Chapel) 3060 Abbott Rd., near Lake Ave. on Wednesday (9/23) from 3-7 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Church, 3148 Abbott Rd., Orchard Park on Thursday morning at 10 o’clock. Please assemble at Church. Interment St. Stanislaus Cemetery. Flowers gratefully declined.
