TKACZYK, Theresa (nee Blazak) Feb. 24, 1932 June 3, 2024 Of Buffalo, beloved wife of the late Richard Tkaczyk, devoted mother of Larry Tkaczyk, Debra (Phil) Sbriglia, Geri (Paul) Allen, Daniel (Debbie) Tkaczyk, and Linda (Ronald) Rusinski; cherished grandmother of Ashley, David, Taylor, and Eric; adored great grandmother of Ciara, Anthony, and Ayla; loving daughter of the late Leo and Rose Blazak. Theresa was predeceased by 7 siblings. Also survived by relatives and friends. Relatives and friends may visit LOMBARDO FUNERAL HOME (Southtowns Chapel) 3060 Abbott Rd., Orchard Park, near Lake Ave., on Monday (June 10) from 4-8 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Our Lady of Czestochowa, 2158 Clinton Street, Cheektowaga, on Tuesday (June 11) at 9:30 AM. Please assemble at church. Interment St. Matthews Cemetery.
