URBANCZYK - Theresa E. (nee Krzanak) Of Franklinville, entered into rest April 4, 2017, beloved wife of Walter R. Urbanczyk; devoted mother of Sharon (Dave) Tichenor, Richard (Barb) Urbanczyk, Kevin (Colleen) Urbanczyk and Susan Lazaros; cherished grandmother of many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; daughter of the late Sophie and John Hoffman; dear sister of John Hoffman and the late Joseph Krzanak; also survived by relatives and friends. No prior visitation. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in Our Lady of Basilica, corner of South Park and Ridge Rd., Lackawanna, on Monday morning at 10:30 o'clock.
