LOUGEN - Thomas J. Of Amherst, entered into rest January 22, 2016, beloved son of the late James and Louise Lougen; devoted brother of James (Joyce) Lougen, Martin (Ruth) Lougen, Kathleen Lougen, Fr. Louis Lougen, OMI and the late Patrick Lougen; cherished nephew of Loretta (Louis) Stevens and the late Daniel (Joan) Lougen; also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. No prior visitation. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial at Holy Angels Church, 348 Porter Ave., Buffalo on Tuesday morning at 10 o'clock. Interment Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
