Beloved husband of the late Jane (nee Woods) Weise; beloved companion of Jackie Kaczmarek;  devoted father of Bernadette (Kevin) Mahoney, Regina Weise, Victoria (Frank) Miller and Tom (Dana) Weise; cherished grandfather of Sarah, Kaitlyn (Christopher) Wouinen, Kelley (Joseph) DiPasquale, Michael, Kailin (Shawn) Devlin, Nathan, Tanner, Kelsey and Emily; adored great-grandfather of Anna Jane, Mason, Amelia and Vivian; loving son of the late Corinne and Frank Weise; dear brother of the late Frank (Carol) Weise and Leonard (late Christine) Weise.

Relatives and friends may visit the LOMBARDO FUNERAL HOME (Southtowns Chapel) 3060 Abbott Rd. near Lake Ave. on Tuesday (May 13) from 4-7 PM, where a Funeral Service will follow.
