March 28, 1945 - June 29, 2024 WIRTH, Thomas J. of Orchard Park, entered into rest June 29, 2024. Beloved husband of Judith (nee Anderson) Wirth; devoted father of Timothy and Thomas (Kari) Wirth; cherished grandfather of Tyler, Nathan, Chandler, Arabella, Juliette, Vivienne, and Lincoln; loving son of the late Howard and Marcella (nee Reeb) Wirth; dear brother of Suzanne (Don Woelfel) Wirth, William Wirth, and the late Richard (Jerrilyn) and the late Gerald (Carol) Wirth; dearest brother-in-law of Ronald (JoAnne) Anderson; also survived by many family and friends. No prior visitation. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in Nativity of Our Lord RC Church, 26 Thorn Ave., Orchard Park on Tuesday, July 9th at 10:00 AM. Tom was a loving husband, father and grandfather and leaves everlasting memories with all of us. His love for his family was equal to his passion for life. He was an adventurous man who put everything on the line and enjoyed every minute of it. Bowling, gardening, hunting, boating and hang gliding were some of his hobbies. He looked forward to football season and always cheered for the Buffalo Bills. Tom fit his activities in during his 34 years working at Chevrolet Tonawanda as a machinist. He also had a business selling jet boats custom made in California. We did a lot of traveling over the years and had wonderful experiences and met many special people. He put up a valiant fight against cancer for a year and a half before God called him home. Tom is loved and will be forever missed by his family and relatives and friends.
