Beloved husband of 56 years to Barbara (nee Farrell) Zak; devoted father of Tim (Tara) Zak, Tracy Zak (Randy), Terri (Art) Zilch and Thomas Zak (Brandi); cherished grandfather of Sean (Molly), Casey, Tristan, Bryce, Kate, Braden, Tess, Everett and Teigen; also survived by brother Ronald Zak and two others. Relatives and friends may visit the LOMBARDO FUNERAL HOME (Southtowns Chapel), 3060 Abbott Rd. near Lake Ave., on Saturday (December 11th) from 4-7 PM. A Funeral Service will immediately follow.
