Devoted father of Chivohn Gilbert, Van Gilbert, Jr., Vanequa Gilbert, and the late Latrice Gilbert; cherished grandfather of Aubrie Gilbert and Donnie Threatt, Jr.; beloved boyfriend of Kathy Earthman; loving son of the late Willie and Fannie Mae Gilbert; dear brother of Carrie Ann (Carl) Williams, Willie Gilbert, Jr., Evelina Gilbert, James Gilbert, Sheree Gilbert, late Sandra Gilbert, and the late Treg Gilbert; also survived by many other loving family members and friends.
