Mills, Victoria (nee Pamrow), 76, of Kenmore, entered into rest on January 2, 2025. Devoted mother of Lynn (Harry) Syracuse; cherished grandmother of 2 granddogs, Zaria and Xena; loving daughter of the late Stanley and Mary (nee Buchnowski) Pamrow; dear sister of Carol (the late Thomas) Coughlin, Maryann (the late Guenther) Horn, Lorraine McKenrick, Stanley (June) Pamrow, Paul (Patricia) Pamrow and Mark (Margaret) Pamrow; also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
