Michaels - Vincent F. Of Fort Mill, SC; formerly of Elma. Entered into rest September 3rd, 2017. Beloved husband of Joan (nee VanHousen) Michaels and the late Betty Jane (nee Ziemer) Michaels; devoted father of Christopher (Margaret) Michaels, Timothy (Susan) Michaels and Carolyn (Dale) Grizer; stepfather of Robert Newton, Mark Newton (Petra) and Cheryl (John) Marsillo; uncle to several nieces and nephews; cherished grandfather of many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; loving son of the late Vincent and Antoinette Michaels; dear brother of Mary Lubas. No prior visitation. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in Our Mother of Good Counsel Church, 3688 South Park Ave., Blasdell on Tuesday, September 26 at 9:30 o'clock (please assemble at church). Interment Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Mr. Michaels was a retiree of Republic Steel. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Vincent's name to the Kidney Foundation of WNY, 110 Broadway, Buffalo 14203.
