Beloved husband of the late Mamie (nee Zanghi) Caputi; devoted father of Marie Caputi (Jack Belstadt) and William (Debora) Caputi; cherished grandfather of Patrick (Jill), Michele (Todd), Amanda, Vincent, and Derek; fond great-grandfather of Vincent, Patrick, Aurora, Zane, and Shelby; loving son of the late William and Aurora Caputi; dear brother of Grace Steele, Louise Wendt, Judith (Ernst) Marburg, and the late John Caputi; also survived by many nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends may visit the LOMBARDO FUNERAL HOME (Northtowns Chapel), 885 Niagara Falls Blvd., near Eggert/Sheridan Dr., on Sunday from 3-7 PM. Funeral Service will immediately follow. Vito served in the U.S. Army during World War II.
