Urbanczyk, Walter R. January 12, 1936 July 9, 2024 Of Franklinville, entered into rest July 9, 2024. Beloved husband of the late Theresa E. (nee Krzanak) Urbanczyk; devoted father Richard (Barb) Urbanczyk, Kevin (Colleen) Urbanczyk, Susan Lazaros and the late Sharon (Dave) Tichenor; cherished grandfather of many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; loving son of the late Walter and Josephine Urbanczyk; dear brother of Gloria (Joe) Lango, late Dolores (late John) Nicowski, late Anthony (Sue) Urbanczyk, late Elaine (late Ed) Sawicki, and the late Joanne (late Ed) Rogers; also survived by relatives and friends. No prior visitation. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in Our Lady of Basilica, corner of South Park and Ridge Rd., Lackawanna, on Thursday morning (July 18) at 10:30 o'clock.
