Beloved mother of Bernard (Lissa) Neely, Dwayne (Shana) Neely, Richard (Marcy) Neely, and the late Faye Neely; cherished grandmother of 9; dear sister of the late David (Laura) Smith and Samuel Smith Jr.; also survived by a host of relatives and friends.
