Wayne Patrick

Of Amherst, born in Gainesville, FL., entered into rest March 23, 2010, beloved husband of Mary M. (nee Richard) Patrick; devoted father of Wayne A. Jr., Melissa (David) Klee, Jadah and Joel; cherished grandfather of Patrick, Nora, Alexandra, Matthew and Cassandra; loving son of the late Clifford and Pearl (nee Williams) Patrick; dear brother of Clifford (Rosa), Walter (Laverne) and Michael (Bonnie) Patrick; also survived by relatives and many friends. Mr. Patrick was a professional football player who was originally drafted by the Cincinnati Bengals, signed as a free agent with the Buffalo Bills in 1968. The big fullback was the first blocking back for O J Simpson. Patrick played for five seasons with the Bills.
