(nee Kowalczyk) Frank and Rick Palmer; dear brother of Daniel (Tammy) Frank and Justin Frank; fond stepbrother of Rick II (Sheena) Palmer and Melissa Palmer; dear grandson of the late Bernard and Marie Kowalczyk; cherished nephew of Gregory (Stephanie) Kowalczyk and the late Bernard "Cody" Kowalczyk; beloved uncle of Addison, Cody, Ricky and Hailey; "brother from another mother" of Scott (Cristiana) Iwanenko; also survived by relatives and friends.
