William Freeman

This is about my brother William Freeman, he passed away yesterday evening August 25, 2020 at Terrace View Nursing Facility in Buffalo, NY. Will, John and I grew up in Akron, NY at 7227 Sandhill Rd, In the house that dad built for us. Will was a Akron High School Football Star, along with the Disc Throw and Shot Put. I believe his name is still on the walls in the high school gym for the longest records. I'm gonna have to come home and go to the High School that we all graduated from to check the wall and see if anyone from all of these years have beaten any of Will's Records. He was very respected, popular and much loved. I remember back then there were a lot of females running around try'n to get with him. There was one opportunity that was offered to Will right out of high school which was the Cleveland Browns Football Team. They really wanted him. Mom said your going to college and if your that good they will still want you for.the football team. Mom made sure that we all went to college. He will be cremated and his ashes will be spread in Seneca Lake in Geneva, NY. That is a Josey tradition from mom because mom grew up in Waterloo, NY and went swimming in the lake. So as of right now Harriet Josey(mom), Zack Josey(dad), Grandpa Josey, Jazzmine(my baby girl), Nosey(Mark's dog) are currently swimming in the lake. So there will be Luella Josey(Mark Milam's mother) who passed away Nov 2019 and Will who's bodies will be spread there soon. Eventhough, Covid 19 is going on I was allowed to come home and visit my brother in June and I spent 4 days with him. He had been sick(stroke) for a long time, but he went in his sleep and didn't suffer. My brother I already miss you, but now you are at peace. I LOVE YOU. SMOOCHES
