LIGNOS - William M. Billy Of West Seneca, entered into rest suddenly on October 4, 2022. Beloved husband of Mary Jean (nee Buchwald) Lignos; devoted father of Theodore William and Ophelia Rose Lignos; loving son of William J. (Cheryl Potter-Juda) Lignos and Tamara OHara; dear brother of Michael P. (Kelsey) and Kara R. Lignos; cherished grandson of Alice (late Paul) Lignos and the late Rosemarie Zilka; also survived by many family and friends. Relatives and friends may visit the LOMBARDO FUNERAL HOME (Southtowns Chapel), 3060 Abbott Rd., near Lake Ave., on Friday (October 7th) from 3-7 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place in Our Lady of Victory Basilica, 767 Ridge Rd., Lackawanna, on Saturday morning at 9:15 oclock. Please assemble at Church. Interment Hillcrest Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Billys honor to St. Jude Childrens Research Hospital. Billy will always be remembered for his loyalty, humor, and devotion to his children and family.
