Loving son of the late Louise McPhatter and Garland McMillan; Beloved husband of the late Juanita McMillan; devoted father of William McMillan Jr., Catherine Johnson, Anthony (Josette) McMillan and the late Patricia Wiley; cherished grandfather of Martinas, Lucille, William (Shamale) III, Antoinette (David Jr.) Madloc, Lonzell Jr., Arthur, Nathaniel, Albert Jr. and Asia; A host of great grandchildren, relatives and friends. William was a hardworking man, He loved being a jokester and had a happy bubbly spirit. William will be remembered as a devoted husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather... He will be truly missed!!!
