William E. Mowrer

MOWRER - William E. Of North Tonawanda entered into rest on October 11, 2019. William was a US Air Force Veteran who served during the Cold War in the Philippines. He was a volunteer firefighter and EMT at Cleveland Hill. He belonged to the UAW Local 774 and was a member of the Supervisory and Building Committee for the Boulevard Federal Credit Union, where he followed his passion of photography. Devoted father of Cynthia (Roger), Robert (Donna), Julia (Paul), Victoria; and stepdaughter, Alice; cherished grandfather of Michael, Jonathan, Sarah, Dawn, Dana, Scarlett, Mila and Easton; dear brother of Arthur (Beverly) and Marie (Carl). Relatives and friends may visit the Lombardo Funeral Home (Northtowns Chapel), 885 Niagara Falls Blvd. near Eggert/Sheridan Dr. on Monday from 3:00-7:00 PM. A Funeral Service will immediately follow.
