OTWELL, William F. "Bill" August 15, 1942 January 16, 2024 Of Buffalo, entered into rest January 16, 2024. Beloved husband of Theresa (nee Jarzynka) Otwell; devoted father of Kevin (Lynne) Otwell and Michelle (James) Kowalski; cherished grandfather of Samantha Kowalski, Kyle Kowalski and Olivia Otwell; loving son of the late Fred and Elizabeth Otwell; dear brother of Eileen Shimskey, Kathleen (Michael) Franks, Faith Marie Otwell and the late John, James, Maureen, Kevin and Thomas Otwell; also survived by many nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends may visit the LOMBARDO FUNERAL HOME (Southtowns Chapel) 3060 Abbott Rd., near Lake Ave. on Sunday (January 21) from 12-4PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Martin of Tours Church, 1140 Abbott Rd., South Buffalo on Monday morning at 9:30AM. Please assemble at Church.
