Beloved husband of Donna (nee Odiam) Secrest; devoted father of William (April) Bailey, Darlene (Sean) Williamson, Richard (Brandi Mietlowski) Secrest, the late Robert Bailey and the late Paul Bailey; also loved by several grandchildren and great grandchildren. Relatives and friends may visit the LOMBARDO FUNERAL HOME (Southtowns Chapel) 3060 Abbott Rd. near Lake Ave. on Tuesday from 4-7 PM for a gathering in Berts memory.
