Wallace; loving daughter of Carmelita Ray and the late Edward Herndon; dear sister of Edward (Tammy) Herndon III and Amar Herndon. Relatives and friends may visit the Second Chance Ministry, 381 East Ferry Street, Buffalo, NY, Tuesday from 11 AM-12 PM, with a Funeral Service immediately to follow.
