Linda E. (nee Vona) Mudd

Of Orchard Park, at the age of 84 entered into rest September 16, 2023. Beloved wife to Paul N. Mudd Sr., her Kensington High School sweetheart of 61 years; loving mother of Sharon Lee Mudd, Paul N. Jr. (Nicole) Mudd and Elizabeth A. (Michael) McFadden; cherished grandmother of Juliana, Gabrielle, Sarah and Kayla; loving daughter of the late Tito and Carmella Vona; dear sister of Mary, Angie (Anthony), Lillian and the late Anthony (late Lettie), John (late Phyllis), Daniel (late Phyllis), Joseph (Bonnie) and Ida (late Ted); predeceased by her beloved cocker spaniels, Dolly and Jesse; also survived by several nieces, nephews and close friends.

Linda was a devoted member of the Nativity of Our Lord Church and Choir. She was voted “Dream Girl” her senior year of high school in 1957 and became a Department Secretary at the University of Buffalo School of Civil Engineering. She was also an active member and advocate of the Humane Society, World Wildlife Fund, ASPCA and SPCA.
